Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping is on us to areas we service. Most of our items ship worldwide unless otherwise stated on the product page.

International delivery is not available for international P.O. boxes.

We know how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we stand behind getting your packages shipped by our designated timeline. If there are any unexpected delays on our end, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Although we do our best to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition, once a package has left our facility, we have very little control over its handling.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The processing time (the time for us to prepare your order) for most of our apparel is 5-7 working days and then the estimated delivery time is 7-15 days. Extended estimated delivery times will be noted if applicable. However, please check the processing and delivery information in the item's information section as some items will not take as long to prepare and the delivery time is much quicker. In the event that an unexpected delay occurs, we will reach out to you with available options.

Shipping Delays
Your package may be delayed in some important festival/holiday situations (for example the Spring Festival and Christmas, Chinese National Day, etc.) or natural disaster (for example, volcanic explosion, dense fog, weather that causes flights to delay, and so on).

Where is the rest of my order? I only received part of my order.
Split Shipments
We aim to send each item in your order in one shipment. However, at times a split shipment will occur and we may have to mail separate shipments for a single order. This could happen for the following reasons:

The products ordered are being shipped from different locations.

The items won’t fit in a single package.

Inventory on an item has to be replenished. This is rare, but when it does happen, we will contact you ASAP with options. If you do not want to wait for the item’s inventory to replenish, you can request a different item (credit or debit may occur depending on the price of the new item), or you can request a hassle-free refund and cancel the delayed item.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any products by Black Closet - The All Black Wardrobe, you can return it to us and get your money back! We stand behind our quality products so if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will offer you full refund less shipping.
We accept free returns from Black Closet - The All Black Wardrobe members as long as the item is being returned from an address within the United States, and the return meets the return conditions as outlined in these instructions. Upon approval, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you by our customer service department.
We accept returns within 14 days of your package being delivered. If your order was delivered in multiple packages, then the 14 days starts on the delivery date of your last package. So, if you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@blackcloset.shop as soon as possible so that we can get the process started. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. Masks, intimate apparel, swimwear and customized items cannot be returned and all sales are final.

Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.
We strongly encourage you to carefully and accurately read our product descriptions and check your size and style before buying. Bear in mind that due to the lighting during photo shoot or the monitor’s display, photos may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color. It is rare, but every once in a while, an issue may occur in some orders; we are all only humans and this is unavoidable. If this is the case, we sincerely apologize and we are happy to assist you the best way we can. If an issue occurred as a result of a mistake on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item.
Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the delivery of your order - if 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a return or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help!
Step-by-step Return Process PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
To begin the process of an eligible return, please send email to our customer service team at sales@blackcloset.shop with "Return" in the subject area. Once we've received your email, we will reply to you in 48hrs to begin the return process. All returns must be confirmed by our customer service department. Masks, intimate apparel, swimwear and customized items cannot be returned and all sales are final.

To guarantee a fast and smooth return process:

Please send us your order number, describe the issue and provide us pictures or video that display the problem.

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provides. Returns and/or exchanges will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
Returns shipping

We accept free returns from Black Closet - The All Black Wardrobe members as long as the item is being returned from an address within the United States and meets the return conditions as outlined in these instructions. Upon approval, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you by our customer service department.

We do not offer Free Returns and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned.

We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking number on the return package for proof of return.

Black Closet - The All Black Wardrobe will not be held responsible for any lost returns.
Our Responsibility

Faulty / Defective Product : If the product arrived with a manufacturing defect.

Wrong item shipped : If we shipped you the wrong product, color, or size.

If you believe a mistake has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! We are happy to replace or exchange any products. Items received that are damaged will be replaced with the same item at no additional cost.
Your Responsibility
If you have provided an incorrect address, we are not responsible for orders that are not received due to incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at checkout.​

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
When and how to expect your refund:

For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail and the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours to the customer's original card or Paypal account after the returned package is received. We will notify you by e-mail once the refund is completed.
